Community Spotlight: Healing Your Terrains Retreat: February 22–28, Nashville, Tennessee

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation, and some of the most meaningful transformation happens when people are given space to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and learn alongside others who understand the journey.

That’s exactly what the Healing Your Terrains Retreat, taking place February 22–28, 2026, at Copper Beech Farm in Nashville, Tenn., is designed to offer.

This restorative, week-long immersion supports individuals seeking metabolic repair, nervous system regulation, and grounded healing practices — all within a supportive, nature-based environment.

What Is the Healing Your Terrains Retreat?

The Healing Your Terrains Retreat blends evidence-informed lifestyle practices with deeply supportive, experiential learning in nature. The focus is on improving the internal “terrain” through nutrition, movement, breathwork, forest bathing, sauna and cold plunge therapy, and community connection.

Rather than pushing the body, the retreat emphasizes restoration, regulation, and reconnection — meeting each participant where they are.
