Dr. Nasha is in Banff, Alberta, Canada, Sept. 14-16 presenting a poster on the metabolic approach at the Society for Integrative Oncology’s (SIO) 20th International Conference, “Integrative Oncology as Standard of Care: The Time is Now.”
Dr. Nasha’s poster presentation, titled “Metabolic Oncology: Exploration, Understanding, and Application of this Emerging Field in Whole Patient Oncology Care,” was developed with Dr. Ahmed Elsakka, MTIH Director of Research, and Dr. Deborah Kennedy, one of MTIH’s Terrain practitioners. The poster shows an example of someone who was unable to use standard of care cancer treatment, so instead successfully implemented a comprehensive metabolic approach with favorable outcomes.
