Making empowered health decisions — especially around cancer and chronic illness — can feel isolating. Many patients and caregivers find themselves navigating complex choices while facing confusion, concern, or even resistance from the people around them.
To support those moments, two Terrain Advocates who have walked this path themselves are hosting a free, live community conversation for patients and caregivers seeking clarity, confidence, and connection.

What This Conversation Is About
This upcoming Office Hours session focuses on a challenge many patients quietly face:
How to stay grounded in your health decisions without feeling the need to persuade, defend, or justify them.
During this live discussion, participants will explore:
Practical language for communicating health choices with family and friends
Emotional boundaries that protect energy and mental health
How to release the pressure to be understood by everyone
Ways to stay centered and confident in a metabolic or terrain-based approach
This is a supportive, interactive space where questions, shared experiences, and real-life concerns are welcome.
Who This Is For
This conversation is especially supportive for:
Individuals navigating a cancer diagnosis
Survivors and thrivers focused on long-term health
Caregivers supporting loved ones
Anyone feeling isolated or questioned for their health choices
No prior experience with the metabolic approach is required. This session is about connection, understanding, and support — not perfection.
What to Expect
Office Hours are live Zoom conversations led by trained advocates with lived experience. These sessions are offered free or by donation to ensure accessibility for anyone who needs support.
Participants can expect:
