“I’m up here because our stories matter.”
That’s how Chris Joseph begins — not with statistics, but with purpose.
Nearly nine years ago, Chris was diagnosed with Stage 3, inoperable pancreatic cancer. If you know anything about pancreatic cancer statistics, you know how rarely stories like his are told — and how important it is that they are.
At the time of his diagnosis, Chris was a dad with two young sons, trying to make sense of devastating news while continuing to show up for his family. Like many patients, he was told his options were limited. The standard of care was clear. The outlook was not.
And yet — Chris is still here.
Not because of a single treatment or a miracle cure, but because he chose to take ownership of his health, ask different questions, and explore an integrative, metabolic approach that addressed the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.
Today, Chris shares his story because he believes something deeply:
You have more choices than you think.
In this video, Chris reflects on his diagnosis, the moment he decided to become the CEO of his own health journey, and why telling these stories matters — especially for those who may feel overwhelmed, isolated, or out of options.

Access Matters
For many people facing cancer, access to this kind of care is not guaranteed.
Financial barriers, lack of trained providers, and limited guidance often prevent individuals from exploring integrative, metabolic support — even when it could meaningfully improve quality of life and outcomes.
Patient treatment grants help remove those barriers, ensuring that cost is not the deciding factor in someone’s ability to access education, guidance, and terrain-trained providers.
